Mr. Mohammadreza Ghaznavi is a production manager specializing in Brand creation and CRM with over six years of experience. He is customer-oriented with intricate knowledge of CRM systems and practices, adept at creating brand awareness, strengthening brand image, and developing innovative strategies to increase sales. He is experienced in using PowerMILL Software, AutoCAD Software, and C.N.C. Programming. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resources Engineering relating to Wood and Paper Science and Industry from Islamic Azad University, Karaj in August 2011, and subsequently his Master’s Degree in Natural Resources Engineering -Wood Industry from the same University in February 2009. He started his career as a Production Manager and C.N.C. Programmer at Sanaye Choobi, Tehran, Iran, in August 2014 and in March 2015 moved on to a role as the Production Manager at Orange Design Company, Tehran, Iran, and worked there until April 2018. In April 2018, he was appointed as the Brand Manager & CRM Manager at Pars Dreamy House Interior Decoration Company, Tehran, Iran, where he is currently employed. His transferable experience includes quality assurance, marketing, strategic planning, human resource monitoring, process design, client relationship management, and compliance reporting.
