Alireza Salmanmohajer is a  project manager with more than four years of experience in technical supervision and inspection and estimating the need for refractory materials in the mining industry. He has accumulated international experience in this field has been a member of the faculty of A.C.E.C.R. (Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research) for more than 13 years and more than five years of management of industrial ceramics research group. He specializes in project management encompassing the initial phase of project definition, team formation, leadership, patenting, and delivery.  Besides, he has proficiency in working on the construction of Cordirit raw materials and high-temperature fertilizer bodies. He got his bachelor’s degree in the field of Materials Engineering from Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin, Iran, in Sep 1997, followed by a master’s degree in the Field of Materials Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran Iran in Feb 2001. He is a Candidate, for a Ph.D. of Business Administrative (D.B.A.), at  Industrial Management Organization Institute, Tehran, Iran, since Sep 2015. He started his career as a Technical Supervisor and Inspector at Mines and Non-ferrous Metals Commercial Services Company in Oct 2000 and in July 2002  joined Cooper Industry & Mines Engineering Services Company Tehran, Iran, as a Technical Supervisor and Inspector.  In Oct 2007, he joined as a Project Manager at A.C.E.C.R. (Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research) Tehran, Iran, where he currently works. Since Oct 2007, in A.C.E.C.R, he was the executor and director of projects. Some have turned into profitable businesses, some that have received patents, and a few where technical knowledges was gained.   He has been the Director of the Industrial Ceramics Research Faculty since Sep 2009 and  Project Manager of Automotive Catalyst Production since Oct 2019. He has completed many courses such as Project Management Course Based on P.M.B.O.K. The standard at Ariana Project Management Institute, and the Courses offered by Rahbaran Petrochemical Company affiliated to the National Iranian Petrochemical Industries Company. The latter includes Value Engineering, Project Planning, and Control, Familiarity with Business Regulations, Project Management, and  Advanced Project Management Course. He was a member of the jury Valuable Ideas of Mining and Mining Industries Festival, 2018,       The top researcher of Yazd province in 2012, a member of Iran National Elite Foundation and a member of the Project Management Association of Iran since 201.  His transferable skills are his project management, which could be utilized very effectively in the new venture. He will assume the position as the Director of Product Development.
